  I went to this store and ordered my usual, a footlong subway melt, that includes 4 pieces of ham, 4 pieces of turkey, and 4 pieces of bacon. I asked that the worker not toast my sandwich but just warm the bacon. As they are doing that he put the remaining meat on the sandwich but tried to give me 2 of each which I knew was NOT correct because I get this sandwich all the time. I told him if I couldn't get the correct proportions I wanted another sandwich which was a chicken melt. I chose that because I thought my bacon was already warmed so the bacon would not go to waste. I guess he was frustrated so he passed my sandwich to another worker and she put the COLD chicken on my sandwich with the raw bacon that had never been warmed as i previously thought. I stated that I couldn't eat raw food. I asked the worker if she could just toast the food at this point (even though I didn't want my food toasted) since she already put it on the bread. I even mentioned that I was not trying to give her a hard time and I just wanted my food prepared properly and she spat back with attitude "you are giving me a hard time." At that point she start speaking to the first worker in another language and another patron behind me said that she was wrong and should have waited for me to leave the store before talking about a customer. I nicely told the lady that I no longer wanted the sandwich and walked out of the store. The employees there are very unprofessional and I will never return to that store. Along with being unprofessional they lacked training on how to make sandwiches correctly and barely could speak/understand English. They need more training on customer service because they were very rude and I was upset about the poor service especially for something that I was paying my money for. I went to another subway that is in the new Woodmore Shopping Center. They gave me the correct proportions of meat without me even having to ask.
